Terms of Service

Welcome to DuoDial. These terms apply when you create an account, start a trial, buy a plan or use DUODIAL Live. Please read them carefully, together with the Usage, Data & Download Guidelines and the Privacy Policy.

01The Service

DuoDial provides AI sales practice tools (the Cold Call Simulator, Closing Call Simulator, Objection Lab, Pitch Analyzer and Learning Hub), DUODIAL Live, a real-time coach for your own online meetings, and free tools on duodial.in. These terms apply to all of them.

The practice tools are included on every plan, including the free trial. DUODIAL Live is included in the Max plan only. We may change, add or remove features, and will not remove a feature you have already paid for in your current billing cycle without telling you.

02Your Account

  • You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • An account is for one person. Do not share it or resell access.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Usage, Data & Download Guidelines.

03Plans, Credit and Billing

Free Trial

The free trial adds ten minutes of live AI practice to your account once your email address is confirmed. No card is required. How far practice credit goes depends on how much each side talks.

$1.00 Starter Top-Up

The $1.00 Starter is a one-time top-up of practice credit, about an hour of live practice, available from the timestamp of purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew. This tier is strictly non-refundable once access is provisioned.

Recurring Subscriptions

Our Pro ($49/month) and Max ($79/month) plans are billed on a recurring monthly cycle and include a month of practice credits. Max also includes DUODIAL Live. Your billing cycle begins on the date of activation. We do not promise a specific amount of talk time on Pro or Max; the app shows your remaining credit.

Processing Fees

All transactions include a non-refundable processing fee to cover secure payment routing. This fee is displayed transparently at checkout before purchase.

04No-Refund Policy

DuoDial operates under a strict No-Refund Policy for all active billing cycles due to the digital and immediate nature of our platform access.
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused practice credit.
  • If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your plan before your next automated renewal date.
  • Once platform access has been provisioned and the session has begun, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

05Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly inside your Account Settings.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You keep access to your plan, including DUODIAL Live on Max, until that date.
  • No further charges are made after cancellation is confirmed.
  • To cancel: go to Settings, then Billing, then Cancel Subscription.

06Disputes and Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback for a service that has been accessed and rendered constitutes a breach of these Terms.

In the event of a dispute filing:

  • Your account access will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
  • DuoDial logs account activity including: account creation timestamp, login history, IP addresses, session records, and feature usage data.
  • This activity log will be formally submitted to your card network or bank as evidence to contest the dispute.
  • Users who have genuinely accessed the platform during the disputed period will have this usage documented and submitted.

07DUODIAL Live and the Desktop App

  • DUODIAL Live captures and transcribes meeting audio only after you press Start.
  • The desktop app runs on Windows only. It is provided as a portable executable that is not yet code-signed, so Windows may warn you before it runs. Install it only from an official DuoDial source.
  • The desktop app asks Windows to exclude its window from screen capture. This is a display setting, not a guarantee. The browser version is visible when the entire screen is shared, and capture software, remote access tools, operating system updates or your own setup may cause the window to appear in a share, recording or screenshot.
  • DuoDial does not guarantee that the coaching window, or your use of DUODIAL Live, will not be seen or detected by other meeting participants, and is not liable for any consequence if it is.
  • DUODIAL Live works on online meetings and computer audio in English. It does not work on phone calls.

08Recording and Consent

You alone are responsible for making sure you have the right to capture and transcribe every meeting you use DUODIAL Live on.
  • You must comply with all recording, wiretapping, eavesdropping, privacy and consent laws that apply to you and to the other participants, including laws that require every participant's consent.
  • You must give any notice and obtain any consent required by law, by your agreements with clients, or by your employer.
  • You must follow the terms of the meeting platform and any policy set by the meeting host, your employer or your client.
  • DuoDial does not know which laws or policies apply to your meetings and does not provide legal advice about them. You agree to indemnify DuoDial against claims arising from your failure to meet these obligations, to the extent permitted by law.

09Acceptable Use

You may not use DuoDial:

  • In any job interview, exam, assessment, certification, competition or other setting where outside help or AI assistance is not permitted.
  • To capture a conversation you do not have the legal right to capture.
  • To deceive, defraud, harass, discriminate against or impersonate anyone.
  • With content you do not have the right to upload, including other people's confidential information.
  • To copy, reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the service, or to build a competing product.

10AI Output

  • The AI buyer, coaching, suggestions and debriefs are generated automatically and can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Use your own judgment.
  • You are responsible for what you say to clients, including prices, claims and commitments, whether or not DuoDial suggested it.
  • Nothing DuoDial generates is legal, financial, medical or compliance advice.
  • DuoDial makes no promise that using it will produce any particular sales result.

11Your Content

You keep ownership of what you upload and create, such as decks, recordings, profiles and transcripts. You give DuoDial permission to store and process that content only to provide the service to you. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy.

12Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

DuoDial is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuoDial is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost deals, revenue, employment, reputation or data, arising from your use of the service, including DUODIAL Live and the desktop app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13Changes and Consent

We may update these terms. When we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use DuoDial after a change means you accept it.

By creating an account or completing a purchase on DuoDial, you confirm:

  • You have read and understood these Terms of Service and the Usage, Data & Download Guidelines.
  • You consent to the No-Refund Policy.
  • You understand the cancellation process.
  • You agree that accessing the platform constitutes acceptance of a rendered digital service.
