Usage, Data & Download Guidelines

DUODIAL is a sales practice and coaching product in three parts:

• ·Practice tools in the DUODIAL app: the Cold Call Simulator, Closing Call Simulator, Objection Lab, Pitch Analyzer and the Learning Hub. You practise sales conversations out loud against an AI and get coaching afterwards. The AI buyer is software, not a person.
• ·DUODIAL Live: a real-time coach for your own online client meetings. It listens once you press Start, suggests what to say next, and debriefs the meeting afterwards.
• ·Two free tools on duodial.in, the Script Generator and the Objection Handler, which need no account.

DUODIAL is not a dialler, a CRM or a lead-generation tool. It does not place calls, and DUODIAL Live has no telephony: it works on online meetings and computer audio only.

• ·You create an account at app.duodial.in with your email address and confirm it. The free trial of ten minutes of live AI practice is added once your email is confirmed. No card is needed.
• ·Paid options are bought inside the app, after your account exists: Starter is a one-time $1 top-up for about an hour of practice and does not renew; Pro ($49/month) and Max ($79/month) are monthly subscriptions that renew until you cancel.
• ·Practice uses credit. Pro and Max give a month of practice credits; we do not promise an amount of talk time for them. The app shows your remaining credit.
• ·DUODIAL Live is included in the Max plan only. The free trial, Starter and Pro do not include it.

• ·When you start a practice session, your microphone audio is captured and sent to our AI service providers so the AI buyer can hear you and reply in real time.
• ·The session produces coaching notes, and may produce a transcript, stored with your account so you can review them.
• ·Nothing from a practice session is shared with anyone outside DUODIAL and the providers that run the service. See the Privacy Policy for who they are.

• ·After you press Start, DUODIAL Live captures the audio of both sides of the meeting, each on its own channel, and transcribes it so it can suggest what to say next.
• ·Your transcripts are used to write your debrief after the meeting. One observed habit per meeting can be remembered, and only once it recurs.
• ·If you upload a deck, slide recognition happens on your own computer. A frame of your screen is reduced to 63 numbers and compared with the same measurement of your own slides. No screenshot is uploaded or stored, no text is read off your screen, and the comparison cannot tell what is on screen, only which of your own slides it resembles.
• ·Your Offer Profiles, Style Profile recordings, Meeting Briefs, decks and transcripts are private to your account, enforced per row in our database, not just hidden in the interface.
• ·DUODIAL Live works in English only.

The DUODIAL Live desktop app is what keeps the coaching window out of your screen share however you share. Before you install it, know the following:

• ·It runs on Windows only. There is no macOS build; macOS is untested, so do not install anything claiming to be a DUODIAL Mac app.
• ·It is a portable Windows executable and is not code-signed yet. The first time you run it, Windows SmartScreen will show a warning that the app is from an unrecognised publisher. That warning is expected for an unsigned app.
• ·Only download it from an official DUODIAL source (app.duodial.in or duodial.in). If you got the file from anywhere else, including a file someone sent you, do not run it.
• ·If the file came from an official DUODIAL source and you want to continue, choose More info in the SmartScreen dialog, check the file name, and then choose Run anyway.
• ·Every time it starts, the app checks that Windows is excluding its window from screen capture, and warns you if that ever stops working.
• ·Prefer not to install anything? DUODIAL Live also runs in Chrome or Edge on a computer. In a browser the panel is excluded from a shared tab, but it IS visible if you share your entire screen.
• ·Keep the app up to date, and remove it like any other program when you stop using it.

Before you press Start, you are responsible for:

• ·Complying with the recording, wiretapping, eavesdropping and consent laws that apply to you and to everyone on the call. Some places require every participant to agree.
• ·Telling the other participants, or getting their consent, wherever the law, your client agreement or your employer requires it.
• ·Following the terms of the meeting platform you use, and any policy set by your employer, your client or the meeting host.
• ·Not uploading decks, recordings or documents you do not have the right to use.
• ·Every word you say on the call. Suggestions are optional; what you say, and whether it is accurate, is your decision.

DUODIAL does not know the laws, agreements or policies that apply to your meetings, and is not responsible for the consequences of using DUODIAL Live on a meeting where you did not have the right to.

The desktop app asks Windows to exclude its window from screen capture, using the same supported mechanism password managers and banking apps use. It is a display setting, not a promise of secrecy, and it has limits:

• ·The browser version is visible when you share your entire screen.
• ·Some capture, recording or remote-desktop software may not respect the exclusion.
• ·A Windows update or a change to your setup can stop it working. The app checks at start-up and warns you, but it cannot detect every case.
• ·It does nothing about people or cameras that can see your physical screen.

DUODIAL does not guarantee that the coaching window will never appear in a share, recording or screenshot. DUODIAL is not responsible for any consequence if a meeting participant sees the window, learns that you are using DUODIAL Live, or objects to it. Where honesty about using an assistant is expected, be honest about it.

Do not use DUODIAL, and in particular DUODIAL Live:

• ·In any setting where outside help or AI assistance is not allowed, such as job interviews, exams, assessments, certifications or competitions.
• ·To capture a conversation you do not have the legal right to capture.
• ·To deceive, defraud, harass or impersonate anyone, or to make claims to a client you know are false.
• ·With material that contains other people's confidential information you are not allowed to process.
• ·To share your account, resell access, or copy, reverse engineer or overload the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

• ·The AI buyer, coaching notes, suggestions and debriefs are generated automatically. They can be wrong, incomplete or badly timed.
• ·DUODIAL Live coaches from the offer details you provide. If your Offer Profile is wrong, its suggestions will be too.
• ·Nothing DUODIAL generates is legal, financial, medical or compliance advice.
• ·There is no accuracy score or success rate for DUODIAL, and we do not claim one.
