Can my client see the coaching window?
Not with the desktop app. It asks Windows to exclude its window from screen capture (the same supported mechanism password managers and banking apps use), and it checks that this is working every time it starts. The browser version is different: it is excluded from a shared tab, but it is visible if you share your entire screen.
Does DUODIAL Live work on a Mac?
No. It is Windows only. macOS is untested and there is no Mac build, so we are not listing one.
Does it work on phone calls?
No. DUODIAL has no telephony. DUODIAL Live works on online meetings and computer audio: a native Zoom or Teams call, or a meeting in Chrome or Edge on a computer.
Is it reading my screen?
No. Slide matching happens on your own machine: a frame is reduced to 63 numbers and compared against the same measurement of your own slides. No screenshot is uploaded or stored, no text is read off the screen, and the comparison cannot say what is on screen, only which of your own slides it resembles.
When does it start listening?
When you press Start, and not before. There is no path by which it listens to a meeting nobody opted into. Recording the call and notifying the other party remain your responsibility under the laws that apply to your call.
What does it suggest during a call?
One thing at a time: the line to say next, why it is the move, and the next best action. Never a list. Most of a call is neither a buying signal nor an objection, so when there is nothing worth saying the panel says “listening” rather than inventing something.
Does it connect to my CRM?
No. There are no CRM, Slack, HubSpot or Salesforce integrations and no API.
How do I get access?
DUODIAL Live is included in the Max plan, at $79 a month. The free trial, Starter and Pro include the practice tools but not Live. Create a DUODIAL account, then choose Max inside the app.
