When you use DuoDial, we collect the following:
- Account information: name, email, and profile data provided during sign-up.
- Usage data: session timestamps, simulator interactions, scores, and feature activity.
- Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, and device identifiers.
- Payment data: processed securely via Razorpay. DuoDial does not store card details.
- Voice data: recordings made during practice sessions, used solely for performance analysis.
02How We Use Your Data
- To deliver and improve the DuoDial platform.
- To generate personalised coaching and reports.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To send product updates and session reminders (you can opt out at any time).
- To resolve disputes and prevent fraud, including logging session activity.
03Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Usage logs may be retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention purposes.
04Third-Party Services
DuoDial uses the following third-party services:
- Clerk — authentication and identity management.
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- ElevenLabs — AI voice generation for simulators.
- OpenAI / Anthropic — AI analysis and coaching.
Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
05Your Rights
- You may request a copy of your data at any time.
- You may request deletion of your account and data.
