Your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. For a plain-language walk-through of what happens on your calls, read the Usage, Data & Download Guidelines. If anything is unclear, email support@duodial.in.
01What We Collect
Your account
- Name, email address and the profile details you give us when you sign up.
- Purchase and subscription records. Payments are processed by our payment provider; DuoDial does not store card details.
Practice sessions
- Your voice while a practice session is running, used so the AI buyer can respond and so we can coach you.
- Session transcripts, coaching notes and feature activity such as session timestamps and credit used.
DUODIAL Live (Max plan)
- Meeting audio from both sides of the call, captured only after you press Start, and the transcripts made from it.
- Files you upload to build an Offer Profile, such as a deck, one-pager or call recording, and the profile built from them.
- A recording of you selling, if you create a Style Profile, and the style details learned from it.
- Meeting Briefs, debriefs, and habits remembered once they recur.
Slide recognition happens on your own computer. A frame of your screen is reduced to 63 numbers and compared with the same measurement of your own slides. No screenshot is uploaded or stored and no text is read off your screen.
This website
- Anonymous usage analytics about page visits.
- An attribution pixel from our payment provider, which records page visits so purchases can be attributed.
- What you type into forms on the site, such as the request form (name, email, phone number and optional details).
- Device and connection data: IP address, browser type and device identifiers.
02How We Use Your Data
- To run the practice tools and DUODIAL Live, including live suggestions and debriefs.
- To generate coaching, reports and debriefs for you.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions and credit.
- To send product updates and session reminders (you can opt out at any time).
- To keep the service secure, resolve disputes and prevent fraud, including logging account activity.
03Who Can See It
Your offers, briefs, decks and transcripts are private to your account. That is enforced per row in our database, not just hidden in the interface. Other users cannot see them.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run DuoDial for us, listed below, and where the law requires us to.
04Service Providers
DuoDial relies on the following kinds of providers:
- Supabase: accounts, authentication and database storage.
- Whop: payments, subscriptions and the attribution pixel on duodial.in.
- Vercel: website hosting and website analytics.
- AI speech and language providers: to transcribe audio, voice the AI buyer, and write replies, coaching, suggestions and debriefs. Audio and text are sent to them only to provide these features.
Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.
05Recording Other People
When you use DUODIAL Live, other people's voices are captured along with yours. You are responsible for having the right to do that, including any notice or consent the law, your client or your employer requires. See the Usage, Data & Download Guidelines.
06Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data, including your transcripts, uploads and profiles, is removed within 30 days. Usage logs may be retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention purposes.
07Your Rights
- You may request a copy of your data at any time.
- You may request deletion of your account and data.
- You may opt out of marketing communications.

08Security
DuoDial uses industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest, and per-account access rules in the database. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that it is.
